资深美术指导 SAD/AD

Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for securing approval for all work from their ACD.
2. Create own concepts, words and visual ideas for agency clients that are responsive to marketing/creative objectives and strategies.
3. Actively work with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team.
4. Produce the final assets necessary for sending over to the Studio. This includes preparing and directing files for mock-ups and presentation boards.
5. Create and document final design parameters, style guides and visual standards
6. May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design preferred.
2. At least 5 years agency experience desired, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/ Design.
3. Demonstrate conceptual and design skills.
4. Present ideas effectively. Ability to talk about your work internally. And, just as important, the ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques.
5. A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy.
6. Create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way.
7. Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development.
9. Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, and related Mac creative programs.

资深策划文案(Senior Copywriter)

• Must be a skilled writer who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (digital, print, TV, etc.).
• Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
• Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
• Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface;
• Work as a team with Art partner;
• Contribute to the new business activities of the agency; ·
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.
• May include other duties as assigned;
• Has great knowledge of the latest digital trends;
• Coordinate team and direct how final copy is visually implemented.

• Journalism,communication or related major, college or above;
• 3 years’ work experience in 4A company;
• Good responsibility and communication ability,strong spirit of teamwork , ability of team management, can take the work pressure;
• Have good English communication ability or marketing analyzing ability is preferred;
• Good English writing is plus.

客户经理(Account Manager)

Job Summary:
The Account Manager will work closely with other team members to develop innovative, cost-effective concepts, ideas and solutions for clients as well as manage to the day to day aspects of the account.

Major Responsibilities:
• Development and presentation of program ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality.
• Briefing, debriefing and presenting creative – being able to confidently assess creative.
• Evaluate creative, studio and production output – manage both client and internal expectations.
• Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and develop strong client relationships.
• Proactively seek out innovative solutions for clients.
• Become an expert on the clients brand and products, as well as the industry, market trends and competitors.
• Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
• Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
• Answers all client queries promptly.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• 3 years relevant working experience in 4A agency.
• Excellent project execution and client management skill.
• Good presentation, verbal and writing skills – both Chinese and English.
• Microsoft Office competent.
• Team player, respect for process.
• Show initiative.

客户执行 (Account Executive)

• Produces a regular status report on each of his/her accounts.
• Organizes regular internal status meetings.
• Responsible for organizing client meetings and requirements thereof (e.g. booking rooms, lunch, room layout/presentation, etc.).
• Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
• Answers all client queries promptly.
• Provides creative teams with help to produce stimulus to assist generation of top quality work.
• Collects competitive work and shares it with the Client Team.
• Shadows Account Manager.
• Develops an expert understanding of the agency’s financial systems.
• Takes over specific financial responsibility delegated by the Account Manager.
• Delegates effectively to members of their team/other departments.
• He/she must learn and understand the production process and how work progresses from a written brief to the finished creative product.
• Management, with the team, of the day to day delivery of jobs is a critical area.
• He/she must learn the agency systems and how to assist in implementing them to ensure sound management of projects.
• Acts as a central point of contact for all client team issues.
• Is a trusted and effective team administrator.
• Collects and maintains information required by the client team (brand, product, internal procedures, brand guidelines, etc.).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing major.
• At least 1 years of digital Account Executive experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.

资深策划 ( Senior Planner)

Major Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication strategy and execution for his/her brands. Acting in concert with a team that includes clients, account managers and creatives, the Sr.Planner takes a lead role in formulating consumer-driven creative briefs – documents that help the copywriters and art directors with the message, style and tone of the campaign. To do this, the AP will analyze consumer data and conduct primary research with a trained, sensitive eye for those insights that spark the creative process.
2. The Senior Planner will also be actively involved throughout the creative process, helping the agency arrive at the most powerful work by using consumers as a sounding board for ideas. Again, this stage of research requires highly developed interpretive skills on the part of the Senior Planner, since he/she is on the front-line conducting and analyzing what people say about the work.
3. Brand communications takes many forms beyond advertising and the Senior Planner plays an important role in focusing graphic design, media, PR, interactive and promotional activities or the critical consumer insights and overall brand communication strategy.
4. The Senior Planner must also take primary responsibility within the agency for evaluating the effects of the campaign in the marketplace. This requires superimposing sales and share data with consumer research tracking brand saliency and image over time. In some cases, computer modeling is used to isolate the specific impact of advertising, pricing, promotions and other elements in the marketing mix.
5. The successful Senior Planner will be a strong team player whose opinion is valued and respected by creative people and account people at the agency, and by clients in both the marketing and research areas.
6. The Senior Planner maintains and supports all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System, and supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes and procedures.
7. Job responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
1. College degree preferred.
2. Interpretive and Strategic thinking skills, with experience in the creation of integrated marketing efforts.
3. 3-5 years account planning or related advertising experience.
4. Understanding of the effective use of media (direct, viral, print, internet, broadcast).
5. Up to date experience with new and innovative research techniques.
6. Strong writing and presentation skills.
7. The ability to inspire creative teams.
